Trevor discovered his passion for fine food while working in Washington, D.C., and later honed his skills at the L’Academie de Cuisine under the mentorship of renowned White House pastry chef, Roland Mesnier. With a background in both savory and pastry arts, Trevor brings a unique blend of creativity and precision to every dish.

In 1995, Trevor moved to California, establishing himself as a top chef with leading Los Angeles caterers. In 2005, he launched Deuce Events, realizing his vision for a premier catering service. His diverse culinary journey has made him one of Hollywood's most sought-after chefs, known for delightful presentations that combine vibrant colors and bold, satisfying flavors.
